Stella Maxwell: Modelling wasn't my plan

Stella Maxwell's modelling career came about accidently.

The blonde beauty has gone from being an unknown face in fashion to receiving her Victoria's Secret Angel wings earlier this year (15). Her rumoured romance with Miley Cyrus also got people talking, but for Stella, life is all about the catwalk right now.

"Everything happens for a reason," she smiled to Britain's Grazia magazine. "I didn't plan on becoming a model; it sort of just came into my life. Now I love what I do."

As well as strutting her stuff for Victoria's Secret, Stella has posed for Alexander McQueen and walked for Marc Jacobs and Moschino. Her quick rise to the top has left the 24-year-old with a sunny outlook on life.

"Negativity," she answered when quizzed on what she'd like to banish. "I'm a very positive person and like to be around positive people. So many good things are happening to me at the moment - like becoming a Victoria's Secret Angel - that I don't have time for anything negative."

"I don't believe in regrets," she added. "Although, one time I rode the Space Mountain ride at Disney three times in a row. That made me nauseous!"

She's also blessed when it comes to her friendships and has friends in cities all over the world. Fellow model Barbara Palvin is a particularly close pal, and the stylish pair are often spotted out together.

Aside from fashion, the blonde model is pouring her efforts into starting a charity. While no concrete plans are in place yet, Stella is confident the philanthropic endeavour will come off.

"I'm working towards setting up my own charity, so I'm trying to build some initial investment," she shared. "It's just at the discussion stage, but it will help towards medical research.
