Kylie Jenner to launch redesigned Kylie Cosmetics range
Kylie Jenner is set to launch a new redesigned Kylie Cosmetics range.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star took to social media on Sunday (17.04.16) to announce the amendments to the "formula" in her sell-out beauty range, which will see her re-distribute the range with the newly modified wand and matte finish alongside the launch of three metallic "glosses" Heir, Reign and King.
The 18-year-old TV personality-come-businesswoman shared a video, which was broadcast over her Snapchat, to the beauty brand's Instagram account.
The post read: "This is an old video from snapchat for anyone who missed it. I care a lot about the quality of my products. As you can see from my matte lips. I changed my entire matte formula in the first month to be less dry and thick and I changed the wand to be more comfortable because I listen to you guys, and I love perfection. So good or bad, I love hearing your feedback. When I saw the problem with my lip gloss brushes I stopped all production and changed it. Life is a learning experience and we learn from our mistakes. Only a small amount of the old brushes were sold and I can now confirm that next week we are sending new brushes/glosses to EVERYONE that ordered on 4/1 ... Only my new brush has been available since 4/1 and on the second release we sold over 200,000 of them .. so that's amazing Love you guys more than you know. I'm always listening -Kylie (sic)"
Kylie can be heard speaking in the clip, which showcases the updated brushes.
She said: "This will be ready just in time for the next launch, so you will only be seeing these from now on."
Meanwhile, Kylie has also been working on improving the e-store, which crashed on customers again last week due to the volume of traffic to the platform.
Posting on the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account previously, Kylie wrote: "Sold out! This is the most glosses & mattes we've sold at once EVER! It makes me so happy to see everyone so excited. I'm going to change our holding page ("the line" which keeps my site from crashing because of the mass amounts of people) and find an alternative that still keeps my site up and running."
