Kylie Jenner defends Kylie cosmetics after F rating
Kylie Jenner has defended her beauty brand after low ratings.
The 18-year-old entrepreneur - who built her beauty empire over two years - received an F rating for her cosmetics range from the Better Business Bureau, and although they have since removed their low score Kylie has vowed to improve her company and is looking into reducing the shipping costs to make "everyone happy".
The brunette beauty announced the news on Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account with a photograph that read: "You guys are the reason I keep going and I'm motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I'm continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of you spoke out, I'm excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.
"I've sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we've received to date has been addressed has been addressed in a timely manner. I'm sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy. I don't want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer to know the facts. I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn't receive the service they deserve."
And the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star captioned the upload: "facts! No F over here. I'm here and I'm listening to you guys and I hear you on the shipping!! Working on lowering domestic shipping OR doing some special free shipping days! I will keep you updated x (sic)."
Meanwhile, the television personality is allegedly set to expand her lipstick collection, which currently features 12 matte lip kits that feature the lipstick and lip liner duo, as well as three glosses and four metallic shades, to feature more products in the future.
