Kourtney Kardashian does '100 deep squats' every morning
Kourtney Kardashian does "100 deep squats" before getting in the shower.
The 37-year-old 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star has admitted she is "obsessed" with working hard to lift her pert derriere and tone her curvaceous body, and uses her daily shower as a reminder to complete a quick high intensity training session every morning.
Speaking about her daily fitness regime, the mother of three - who has Mason, six, Penelope, four, and 19-month-old Reign, with her former partner Scott Disick - said: "I am obsessed with lifting my butt. So before I get in the shower I will do 100 deep squats. It's a little thing, but doing it before your shower reminds you to do it every day. It's a little extra."
The Armenian beauty has revealed as a working parent it is more important for her to work out almost every day of the week, even if that means squeezing it in whilst watching television.
She explained: "Right now [I work out] at least five days a week, to feel good physically and mentally.
And the oldest sibling of the Kardashian/Jenner gang has revealed she enjoys working out with her personal trainer Don Brooks as long as her younger sister Khloé, 32, is by her side.
She explained: "Sometimes we [Khloé and Kourtney] meet Don outside and he will have us running, hill climbing or hiking. Sometimes we go to the gym. Khloé and I post out work-outs every day on our Snapchats to share advice."
But for Kourtney - who is the ambassador for organic skincare brand Manuka Doctor- her lifestyle is more about healthy eating then it is about losing weight.
She told Hello! magazine: "For me, it's about being healthy. I don't count calories or think about eating too much or too little, but I do feel guilty when I don't eat healthily."
