Kendall puts the LA in Topshop
Kendall Jenner is bringing the LA vibe to Topshop.
In the last year the 19-year-old has conquered the catwalk, becoming one of the most in-demand models of Fashion Week shows.
Before she made it in modelling, Kendall designed a range of clothes with younger sister Kylie for brand PacSun. From June 3 Topshops around the world will be stocking the new PacSun produced line, Kendall + Kylie.
“We’re trying to bring the LA vibe to Topshops all over the world. We were thinking about the LA girl, who she is, what she loves to do and what her dream capsule wardrobe would be. There are lots of lighter shades and florals that give that sunshine feel," Kendall enthused to Vogue Australia.
Pieces designed by the stars include cute denim shorts, a midriff baring wrap blouse and slogan sweaters.
Despite walking for high-end designers like Marc Jacobs in New York and Chanel in Paris, Kendall has always been a fan of the high-street store.
"I just love Topshop. When Topshop opened in our local shopping centre, the Grove, it was total madness. Everyone was dying to go to Topshop and you’d ask anyone wearing anything cool, 'Where did you get that?!' And it was always 'Topshop!' It was a total fashion frenzy. So to be involved with the brand is an absolute honour. It’s very cool," the model smiled.
Kendall is set to be an aunt again, with her older half-sister Kim Kardashian recently announcing she is expecting baby number two with husband Kanye West.
Kendall added more aunt duties to her routine last year when Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her third child, Reign. However that wasn't Kendall's only 2014 highlight.
"My career. The Chanel show in Austria was pretty special but overall my career has been a real highlight.
"And Reign, of course!” she quickly added.
