Kate Moss' teenage daughter lands first Vogue cover
Kate Moss' 13-year-old daughter has landed her first Vogue cover.
Lila Grace appears alongside her supermodel mother on the front of the latest issue of Vogue Italia. The black and white shot shows Lila leaning her head against her mum and clasping her arm. Both Kate and Lila, whose father is publisher Jefferson Hack, wear Versace for the picture and are seen as natural beauties with minimal make-up and their hair loose and flowing.
The mother-daughter snap appears as part of Mario Sorrenti's photographic series entitled 'Love' for the publication.
Speaking about her understanding of the emotion, Kate told the magazine: "It's all about family."
Another snap inside the magazine features close ups of Kate and Lila's faces, with their likeness impossible to deny.
This isn't the first time Lila has appeared in Vogue - her mother's wedding to Jamie Hince in 2011 featured in the British issue of the magazine. However, the Vogue Italia shoot marks her very first cover.
The decision to allow Lila to feature on the front of the magazine comes as something as a surprise, considering that Kate has previously said she would actively discourage her daughter from following in her modelling footsteps.
"I wouldn't want her to be a model," she told showstudio.com. "I don't think it's the best industry really for young girls. Unless you're really strong, it can really f**k you up.
"When you're a mother it definitely changes the way you feel about life in general."
Modelling clearly runs in Kate's family though, with her little sister Lottie Moss, 18, recently covering the May 2016 issue of Vogue Paris alongside another fresh fashion face, Lucky Blue Smith, as part of a special highlighting the stars of tomorrow.
In the photo, Lottie wore a glamorous gold dress with a turtle neck and long sleeves which is accessorised with a chunky black belt around her waist. She leaned back into Lucky, 18, who smouldered in a navy jacket and a leopard print bow-tie, matching the print of Lottie's belt buckle.
After the cover was revealed, Lottie took to Instagram to share her delight at landing such a prestigious spot.
"been so excited for this for so so long and it's finally time!! mine and @luckybsmith new cover for @voguemagazine @vogueparis such an honour to be on my first vogue cover!! shot by the amazing @mariotestino !!" Lottie wrote.
