Jessica Stam feels sexy in swimwear

Model Jessica Stam loves how sexy she feels in Camilla and Marc's new swimwear collection.

The Canadian star stuns in the campaign for the Australian brand's newly launched swim range, donning everything from a glamorous black one-shoulder swimsuit, to cut-out versions and bikinis. “It was my first time in Australia, and I cannot wait to return," Jessica beamed to "I felt very sexy wearing these swimsuits. (My favourite was the Olivia One Piece), it’s a sleek style with a subtle textured fabric and modern cut-outs at the sides.”

The 29-year-old beauty is both a catwalk and campaign regular, working with the likes of Chanel, Givenchy and Christian Dior. She's also a Victoria's Secret favourite, so posing in swimwear for the Camilla and Marc shoot was a walk in the park. Rather than finding the beach pieces too revealing, Jessica thought of them as flattering.

"I found that the higher cut made my legs look longer and leaner, which is every woman’s wish,” she smiled. “It's so important to feel good when you're showing so much skin."

The collection is made up of numerous one-pieces, which suits Jessica well as she prefers this look over a bikini. "When I'm on vacation, I like to wear a one-piece swimsuit so I can easily slip in and out of the water throughout the day," she explained. "I usually style it with a vintage silk kimono and an oversized hat for sun protection.”

Camilla Freeman-Topper, one half of the label, hopes people will get the modern-yet-timeless feel of the new collection. She and label partner Marc Freeman want their 14-piece line to provide a fresh take on swimwear, and they think Jessica is the perfect person to represent this.

"Jessica is a strong yet feminine woman," Camilla gushed. "And she has a strong sense of self.”
