Gisele Bundchen: 'Daily workouts keep me looking good'

Gisele Bundchen has shared how you can get a body like her - exercise every day.

Over her nearly 20 years working as a model, the Brazilian beauty has joined forces with some of the biggest fashion houses on the planet, including Chloe, Marc Jacobs and Christian Dior.

She’s also topped the Forbes list of Highest Paid Models for 14 consecutive years.

And when it comes to staying on top of her game, 36-year-old Gisele knows it’s all about taking care of her body.

“I don’t drink coffee. I do like tea though, but at night. A cup of tea before I go to sleep,” she told People magazine. “I exercise daily, I drink a lot of water, I eat healthy and we have a very healthy diet at home.”

She adds that being happy also keeps her looking and feeling great.

“I think all of that helps, but it’s also about an attitude and how you take care of your body and if you are nourishing yourself with the foods you eat and the thoughts you have,” she smiled.

Gisele is raising her children to have the same outlook. She has son Benjamin, six, and three-year-old daughter Vivian with her American Footballer husband Tom Brady. Tom also has a son, John, nine, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.

As well as making them healthy breakfasts every day, Gisele and the kids also whip up nutritious meals using homegrown ingredients.

“We use the food from our garden daily,” she shared. “Winter in New England is very cold, so we can’t grow the same amount of food year around. During the growing season, we love our salads made from the spinach, kale, arugula (rocket), tomatoes cucumbers, zucchinis (courgettes), squash and the other delicious things from our garden.”
