Dree Hemingway for Chloé
Dree Hemingway is the new face of Chloé's famous fragrance.
She will begin her role in September, when she will grace campaigns for the perfume.
And she's in good company, Clémence Poésy, Chloë Sevigny and Anja Rubik have all held the post in the past.
Dree is thrilled by the appointment, revealing her love of the French label.
“It is a brand that has been part of my life for a long time; it brings up a lot of memories for me. I am looking forward to continuing my story with Chloé into the world of fragrance," she smiled in a statement to WWD.
It marks the latest of the 27-year-old's ventures, which include a role with Cole Haan. Last year she became the new face and global ambassador of the brand, taking a starring role in its campaign.
There was a photoshoot and a short film that showed her walking through idyllic fields of Sun Valley, Idaho, and riding a horse.
Dree always keeps a company's aesthetic at the forefront of her mind, so Chloé should have nothing to worry about.
“I wanted the images to be more about the essence of what Cole Haan is,” she told style.com of her Cole Haan collaboration.
“I think we’re moved to dress a certain way because of the mood of the images we see, not just because of the pieces or products that are featured, and I wanted to give people that inspiration. It’s a little 1950s-meets-modern, and there’s a hint of Katharine Hepburn’s masculine take on femininity. That’s my style.”
