Chloë Moretz works out twice a day.

The 19-year-old actress - who is currently dating the eldest Beckham child Brooklyn Beckham, 17, - has admitted she maintains her slender frame by exercising regularly and doesn't intend to cut back on how often she trains because she is in "love" with the endorphins.

She told Net-a-Porter's magazine The Edit: "I work out a lot, does that count? Like, twice a day. I just love the endorphins.

"I switch it up: I'll go to SoulCycle one day, then hot yoga the next, then horse riding after that."

However, the 'Kick Ass' star has revealed she spends more time staying fit and exercising than she does on her beauty routine.

She explained: "I spend 10 minutes max in front of the mirror before going out."

The blonde beauty - who currently stars alongside the American heartthrob Zac Efron, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne in the comedy film 'Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising' - has revealed despite being dairy, gluten and "carb-free", she does enjoy a bowl of pasta.

She said: "I'm dairy and gluten-free. I try to stay carb-free, but I love my pasta!"

Meanwhile, Chloe has confessed she is obsessed with vintage t-shirt and has previously admitted to owning "hundreds" of retro garments and can't stop herself from buying more.

Speaking previously about her wardrobe staple, she said: "Vintage t-shirts. I own, like, hundreds of really, really rad vintage t-shirts. That's, like, my one thing."

While she owns hundreds of t-shirts, she finds her one favourite leather jacket goes a long way.

She explained: "I bought this leather jacket and I literally put it on with any outfit. You can go out to any restaurant, any date, and you can also dress it up and make it more of a midday thing."

When it comes to her everyday wardrobe choices, Chloe opts for garments that are comfortable and practical.

She explained: "I just try and dress in something that makes me feel like I'm being my best self.

"I honestly just try and keep it comfortable and keep it low-key."
