Cara Delevingne: I have a whole fashion family

Cara Delevingne finds it hard to select her favourite fashion friends.

The British model may be moving more and more into the world of acting, but that doesn't mean she's turned her back on modelling quite yet.

She stars alongside Kate Moss in Mango's newest campaign, with both fashion heavyweights sitting down for a chat with British magazine Stylist.

"I’ve made lots of great friends in this industry. It’d be hard to select just a few. Friends like Jourdan [Dunn], Karlie [Kloss], Suki [Waterhouse], Kendall [Jenner], Georgia [May Jagger], Karl [Lagerfeld] and Stella [McCartney]. I have different relationships with them all and they’re all very special to me," Cara smiled.

"OMG, there are too many to mention all by name. We have become like family over the years. We’ve grown up together and shared some amazing experiences," Kate added.

Cara even names Chanel creative director Karl as her fashion fairy godmother, while Kate bestows the honour upon John Galliano.

Talking about their Autumn/Winter 15 wardrobes, Kate stayed loyal to Mango with her choice.

"A Mango maxi dress," she said.

"I’ve recently set my eyes on a green Balenciaga bomber jacket," Cara revealed.

The chat wasn't all about fashion though, with the two beauties happy to answer questions on everything from how they spend their free time to what feminism means to them.

"Confidence, self-respect, resilience, strength, empowerment," Cara stated in answer to the latter question.

"Independence," Kate said.

They also dished on which Spice Girl they most identify with. Kate, who's allegedly recently split with husband Jamie Hince, had no problem answering that question.

"Posh [Victoria Beckham], because she’s married to David Beckham," she smiled.

"One day I could be Sporty Spice [Mel C] and another day I am Scary [Mel B]!" laughed Cara.
