Candice Huffine signs with IMG Models
Plus-size model Candice Huffine has been signed to IMG Models.
The 31-year-old has been signed exclusively to the company and joins other IMG 'Curve' models including Ashley Graham, Chelsea Miller, Danielle Redman, Precious Lee and Tara Lynn, WWD reports.
Zach Miko, IMG’s first 'Brawn' model, is also on the roster.
Meanwhile Candice is also celebrating her inclusion on Rachel Roy's new website, taking to Instagram on Tuesday (05Apr16) to share her delight.
"Curves here, now, ahead, and beyond!!" she wrote. "Guys, the future's so bright we gotta wear shades, and not just the one size fits all kind! Thank you @rachel_roy for including me on the new launch of your lovely site and giving me an outlet to share all of the positive things I'm seeing in this new era of fashion!!! I'm excited to see what's next!"
In February (16), the American designer unveiled her RACHEL Rachel Roy Curvy clothing line, marking her first venture into extended sizing, with Candice rocking the pieces in campaign photos.
"My vision for my clothing collection is to dress women so they can go on with their day and life, and it’s a tiny bit more effortless because they have clothes that make them feel smart and sexy," Rachel told The Huffington Post. "It’s not dependent on whether or not she’s a size two or size 24."
Candice used a photo from the campaign for her Instagram post, and it is just the latest in high profile shoots she has been a part of since being discovered in the suburbs of Maryland.
She got her big break in an editorial feature for V magazine called 'Curves Ahead', photographed by Solve Sundsbo, and this was quickly followed up with a spread in Vogue Italia, which was shot by Steven Meisel.
