Bar Refaeli: Shows off yoga on the go for new campaign

Bar Refaeli shows off her yoga moves in a car for a new campaign.

The 30-year-old model has an enviable figure to go with her successful career, comprising of work with Gap and Garnier, along with appearing in publications including Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Her latest venture is with yoga instructor Chad Dennis, who she's teamed up with for Buick’s 24 Hours of Happiness Test Drive. It's a series of videos which see Bar demonstrating how to get fit both in and outside of a vehicle.

“I’m not a yogi yet, I’m just starting to do yoga and I’m not an expert at all, but [Buick] paired me up with Chad, who’s such a cool guy, and behind the scenes he’s teaching me all of these very basic poses,” she explained to People. “We’re doing some [moves] in the car, and then there’s also poses you can do outside of the car - before driving and after - to stretch out and prepare yourself for a little drive and make your body ready.”

One of the clips sees the Israeli beauty striking a Lord of the Dance pose outside a Buick car, parked in an empty swimming pool, before she gets in and starts stretching.

Dennis wanted the videos to be accessible to everyone so he kept the poses easy and praises Bar for being a natural in front of the camera.

The model didn't practise yoga on a daily basis beforehand but is now keen to add it to her regular routine.

“I do a lot of TRX [Total Body Resistance Exercise] and Pilates, and I workout almost every day. But I feel that with travelling so much, sometimes you need to stretch and relieve stress and do more of a Zen workout than things like jump rope, so I really think that my new thing will be yoga, because I think that my mind and my body request it," she smiled.
