Alessandra Ambrosio launches temporary tattoo line
Alessandra Ambrosio has launched a temporary tattoo line.
The 35-year-old supermodel's range Àle by Alessandra Body Art Collection has launched today (15.04.16), in time for Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival in Indio, California, and the collection was inspired by her love for intricate details on the skin.
Speaking about the beauty collection to Vogue magazine, the Brazilian beauty - who has attended festival for the last 12 years - said: "I've always loved body art.
"I wear it all summer in Brazil and across Europe, and to music festivals - whenever my skin is exposed, I want something fun on my body."
The Victoria's Secret angel partnered with a Brazilian graphic designer-and-yoga teacher to come up with the three metallic creations, which include feathers, frangipani flowers, a bohemian-style dream catcher, headbands for the forehead as well as necklaces and body chains.
And when it comes to donning them herself, Alessandra - who has children Anja, seven, and Noah, three, with fiance Jamie Mazur - prefers to place the false tattoos under her hair and along her spine.
She explained: "I like to wear them underneath the hair, and I love wearing the feathers falling down my back."
Alessandra took to social media ahead of the star-studded festival to tease her preparation advance of this weekend's event.
The star posted a picture of herself clad in jewellery in a skimpy bikini as she sunbathed. She captioned the upload: "Prepping for Coachella #tanningtime #foreveronvacation#homesweethome #calilife (sic)."
