Tried and tested: fancy feet

As a woman you’ll know that when the sun shines it’s not just your arms and legs that need to look good; your feet need some serious attention too. From foot creams and masques, to some spa indulgence, we round up the best ways for your feet to look fresh this summer.

Leighton Denny Well Heeled Foot Masque 150ml - 4/5

The perfect addition to your pedicure routine, this rich foot cream has tri-enzyme exfoliating action that targets areas of dense, rough and hard skin to promote super smooth heels and soles. Use as part of your regular treatments by applying a coin-sized amount to dry feet, concentrating on areas of hard skin. Remove the excess cream with warm mitts. Or for intense moisturisation, use as a night-time treatment once a week. Apply liberally to feet and pop on a pair of cotton socks on and wake up with silky soft tootsies! The formula’s aloe vera extract soothes and conditions while the blend of lemongrass and peppermint essential oils leaves behind a pleasant scent.

HoMedics Luxury Bubble Foot Spa

A lot of women would have grown up using their mum’s foot spas, and while the model can seem a little naff these days, I really enjoyed indulging my feet in this spa. It was especially nice after a gym session, with the bubbles and massage features soothing away all thoughts of sweaty exercise. It’s nice and roomy too. The increased blood flow to feet also really helps with circulation, so a great choice for anyone suffering from a poor circulation system.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Foot Magic - 4/5

Not only does this cream smell divine but it leaves your feet feeling ultra smooth too. It's best to pop on before bed beneath a pair of socks, as you don't want to be walking/sliding about after it's applied. Dry skin is noticeably softer and smoother after applying and the results last, meaning you don't have to slather on a lot to see a difference.
