Time-saving moisturising

Time-saving moisturising

We all know how important it is to moisturise daily but often don’t have the time to slather on the cream post-shower. But now there are a host of time-saving products on the market which allow you to moisturise and go.

If you are a shower fan instead of a bather, then why not give NIVEA’s pioneering In-Shower Body Moisturiser a go? After you’ve washed, then apply the moisturiser, rinse it off and dry yourself. You can get dressed immediately thanks to the non-sticky formula, so be safe in the knowledge that you’ve showered and moisturised in one swoop.

Another option for particularly dry skin is Eucerin’s In-Shower Body Lotion – specially formulated for sensitive complexions. It contains Dexpanthenol and has special hydrodispersion technology that means skin hydration is drastically improved with just one use. Remember though that while this can be used in the shower, it doesn’t cleanse the skin as well, so you will need to do that separately.

If you’re not a shower fan, or prefer to moisturise as a separate step in your regime, then try Vaseline’s range of spray moisturisers. These are lightweight and come in a variety of formulas for different types of skin. For dry skin, stock up on Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Spray Moisturiser – a thoroughly effective moisturiser with a delicious cocoa smell.

Coconut is something of a beauty buzz word at the moment, and for good reason. If you’re not keen on slathering on coconut oil each time you get out the bath or shower then why not try Yes To Coconut’s Ultra Light Spray Body Lotion? Perfect for very dry skin, this has a 97 per cent natural formula and contains virgin coconut and jojoba oils. It sprays on without any greasy residue and “penetrates the skin in such a way only

oils can”, according to the manufacturers.

Well-known brand E45 also sells a spray moisturiser, with normal or dry skin formulas that work for 24 hours after application.

So now there’s no excuse not to moisturise!
