London Fashion Week trend alert: sunset bohemian tan

Summer may have drawn to a close, but seeing all the new season trends rock the catwalks at London Fashion Week has got us back in the summer spirit. While wearing barely there clothes won’t be much good in winter time, getting the same glow seen on the runways works well any season.

The experts at St. Tropez, who were behind the bronzed beautiful look at Temperley London’s show, have given us the tan lowdown to try now.

“We created a skin finish that was grown up yet playful to emulate those amazing Kate Moss festival vibes. There is a hint of bronze after spending a day in the sun, with a glowing finish,” newly appointed St. Tropez Tanning and Skin Finishing Expert Emma Kotch told Cover Media.

Talking about the Temperley runway finish, the tanning experts explain that skin was highlighted with a hint of bronze and a luminous finish, reflecting the glisten of limbs after a long summer’s day in a festival field.

“With a glossy sun kissed, laidback result, Temperley’s girls were left with a grown up, bohemian gleam.”

The look was achieved using St. Tropez’s awesome new Tan Finishing Gloss, which was applied all over the body, before being buffed in with a tanning mitt. Additional Gloss was used to highlight key areas of the body, such as the collarbones and shins.

While St. Tropez’s awesome new tanning aide isn’t available until March (17), there are plenty of products that will help rid you of pasty winter skin. Bondi Sands’ tanning products smell like coconut and last really well, while Fake Bake tanning lotions are known for their amazing staying power.
