Philippe Coutinho has been crowned as Liverpool's Player of the Year, with Emre Can picking up the club's Young Player of the Year award.

Coutinho picked up the award after his sparkling performances and a handful of memorable goals, with German midfielder Can making a big impression in a holding midfield role in Jurgen Klopp's side.

It is the second successive year Coutinho has collected the top prize at the Liverpool annual awards night, while he also collected the goal of the season award for his strike against Man Utd in the Europa League at Old Trafford.

Coutinho's display in Liverpool's 4-1 win against Manchester City in November earned him the Performance of the Year title, with Can also earning acclaim after his maturing displays under Klopp's watch:

Reds boss Klopp made a speech the vast audience, as he talked up his side's hope of success in next Wednesday's Europa League final against Sevilla in Basel.
