Two Dundalk stars earn call up for Ireland's clash with Austria
Two of Dundalk's key men, Daryl Horgan and team-mate Andy Boyle, have been named in Martin O'Neill's provisional squad for the crucial World Cup qualifier with Austria.
There had been calls for Horgan to get the nod following his superb performances for the three-time champions while team-mate Boyle has also been called into the 35-man squad for the game on November 12.
The other big squad news is the omission of Shane Long, who is out through injury with David McGoldrick getting a re-call in attack.
Only four forwards have been named in the squad, with five goalkeepers picked, including a return for Birmingham's Colin Doyle.
