Manchester United's Paul Pogba was deemed the worst French player in their 4-1 win over Bulgaria on Friday night.

The world's most expensive player was given a 4 by L'Equipe.

Pogba has yet to hit top form since his mega-money move from Juventus to Old Trafford this summer and that form has continued to his showings for the national team.

His international boss also pointed out some problems with his game after the win.

‘Paul can and must do better. He knows that,’ Didier Deschamps said.

‘But he did not play in a position that highlights him. In this position, his role is more about the construction of the game. He has everything to do it.

‘He did good things tonight. And some others that were less good.’

France cruised to a 4-1 win with goals from Kevin Gameiro (2), Dimitri Payet and Antoine Griezmann.
