Mourinho willing to include big-money signing in deal to land Pogba
Jose Mourninho is not giving up on landing his prime target Paul Pogba this summer and he is willing to throw in a player in a bid to convince Juventus to send him their way.
Yesterday it was widely reported that Real Madrid had not only offered more money to the Italian club for the Frenchman but they were also willing to lob in midfielder Isco to sweeten the deal.
Now, today's papers see reports that Manchester United are willing to add a player to their offer, with Matteo Darmian being the man suggested as the makeweight, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The Italian defender was signed last summer from Torino for almost £13m but after a decent start his United career appeared to stall in the second half of the season.
Juventus are rumoured to be in the market for full-backs, with Dani Alves all but signed a week ago. However, the Brazilian is also being courted by PSG so the proposed deal to Turin may now be dead.
This would help United's case as they try to land their top target this summer.
