Marcus Rashford leads the line for the Red Devils against their La Liga opponents in the second leg of the clubs' semi-final at Old Trafford.
Mourinho has named this XI as United attempt to reach the Europa League final:
The Portuguese coach has selected the same 11 players who started the 1-0 win away to Celta last week:
Matteo Darmian, Ander Herrera and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are the only surviving starters from the side that began the 2-0 defeat away to Arsenal on Sunday.
United's opponents line up as follows:
At his press conference on Wednesday, Mourinho was asked about the atmosphere at Old Trafford.
The former Chelsea boss suggested that supporters could do a better job at times.
"I see a difference between games," the Red Devils manager told reporters.
"I don't think the Old Trafford atmosphere is consistent.
"Against Chelsea they wanted to play first minute to last.
"[Versus] Anderlecht it was not warm enough."

The 54-year-old was keen to rile up home fans ahead of tonight's clash, which United lead 0-1 on aggregate.
"It is the most important match of our history.
"It is always the next one and the next one is tomorrow, so I don't believe Celta want this more than us."
