Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho ensured his old foe Arsene Wenger shook his hand prior to their latest clash, with the Arsenal boss left forced into an exchange of pleasantries at Stamford Bridge.

Mourinho was sat on the Chelsea bench long before his team emerged for the crucial Premier League game, but he rose after the teams emerged and waited for Wenger at the top of the tunnel.

The Arsenal boss declined to shake Mourinho's hand following last month's Community Shield clash at Wembley, but the Chelsea chief ensured their would be no repeat this time.

Wenger was left with little option other than to offer a hand of very unenthusiastic friendship to Mourinho, with this BT Sport video confirming the exchange was far from warm.
