Man Utd linked with January swoops for attacking stars
Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani looks set for a big-money move at some point in 2016 - and Manchester United are reported to be at the front of the queue to sign him.
The 28-year-old Uruguay forward has long been linked with a move to England's Premier League, with Arsenal and Chelsea trying and failing to sign him in recent years.
Now it looks like United could be the next club trying to prise him away from the French capital, with United keen to add some experience to a forward line that has looked short on finishing power this season.
It remains to be seen whether Cavani could be the answer to their finishing power, but he has been in decent form for PSG this season as he has bagged eight goals in the French league.
Meanwhile, United have also been linked with a move to sign Fulham teenager Moussa Dembele in the January transfer window.
Sky Sports are reporting that the Old Trafford giants are preparing a big-money bid to sign the Frenchman next month, which would follow their policy of trying to recruit the best youthful talent in the game.
United are also being linked with a January swoop for Anderlecht youngster Youri Tielemans, who is also attracting interest from Italian giants Juventus.
