Man Utd fans call for Guardiola to replace Van Gaal
Manchester United fans have been growing increasingly frustrated with manager Louis van Gaal in recent months - and many are now calling for him to replaced next summer.
Reports last weekend suggested that Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola wanted to take over at Old Trafford when he leaves his current post next summer, yet Van Gaal's United deal does not expire until the end of the 2016/17 season.
That sparked many United fans to suggest Van Gaal should be given his marching orders and Guardiola should replace him, amid suggestions that Manchester City also want to hire the two-time Champions League winning coach.
Here is the emphatically conclusive result of our Twitter poll, as we asked Man Utd fans who they want in charge of their team next season:
These are some of the responses we got to the poll question:
@kpsundayworld I'm a Van Gaal supporter, but Pep would be the future. Move everything if necessary to get him this summer.— Reds of the World (@nathanielhyatt) November 30, 2015
