Manchester United troll Arsenal on Twitter ahead of Old Trafford showdown

I'd hate to be the admin of the United Twitter account if the Red Devils happen to lose on Saturday.

Ahead of the 12.30pm kick-off against Arsenal on Saturday, the United Twitter account has engaged in some playful trolling.

Followers were reminded of one of the opening Premier League fixtures in the 2011/2012 season when the Red Devils demolished the Gunners 8-2 at Old Trafford:

Opening the scoring of the hammering was none other than now Arsenal player, Danny Welbeck.

Bad enough to be reminded of the scoreline but fans of the north London club can't have been happy to see their currently-injured celebrating wildly after scoring at the start of the video.

The Gunners Twitter account did post this throwback Freddie Ljungberg goal against United yesterday:

However, if the almost three-minute clip of the 8-2 victory is United's response, expect something more sinister from Arsenal this evening.

The Manchester outfit currently sit six points and two league places off their fourth-placed opponents, ahead of Saturday's crunch clash.
