Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho WILL NOT urge the club's transfer chiefs to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford this summer.

Ronaldo has been strongly linked with a return to United after it emerged he has decided to leave Real Madrid this summer, but Ken Lawrence's Sunday World back page exclusive reveals Mourinho is not interested in a mega-money deal for his compatriot.

While Mourinho expects United to complete deals for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata and Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic imminently, the Old Trafford club are not expecting to get involved in what is potentially a lavish bidding war for Ronaldo.

We understand that Morata will arrive at United in a £70m deal next week, with the No.9 shirt worn by Zlatan Ibrahimovic last season set to be handed to the Spaniard when he finalises his move to Old Trafford.

This week's bumper Sunday World also features an exclusive interview with boxer Gary 'Spike' O'Sullivan, as he gives Kevin Palmer a compelling insight into his boxing sparring session with UFC champion Conor McGregor, who will take on Floyd Mayweather in his professional boxing debut in Las Vegas on August 26th.

With comprehensive GAA coverage, the best insight of the Lions tour in New Zealand and a late night report on the US Open golf, this is a bumper week of Sunday World sport you will not want to miss.
