Ex-Liverpool star reveals Pogba's abuse to Man Utd team-mates
Feyenoord forward Dirk Kuyt has claims Man Utd midfielder Paul Pogba was barking abuse as his team-mates throughout last Thursday's Europa League defeat.
Kuyt's side ran out 1-0 winners against Jose Mourinho's mis-firing United, as their miserable week hit to a new low following their derby day defeat against Manchester City last weekend.
Pogba's below par display in both games has seen criticism flow for the midfielder Mourinho and his club paid a world record £89m to sign last month, with Kuyt's comments adding the the suspicion that he is struggling to adapt to life in his second stint at United.
"All I heard during the first half against United was Pogba screaming and shouting at his own players," claims Kuyt, in comments appears in the Daily Mirror.
“When it was half-time, he was shouting at them all even louder.
“He was screaming at them, about the things which were not going right for the team."
Kuyt went on to suggest United are too predictable, as he suggested Feyenoord were fully prepared for the tactics deployed by Mourinho as they executed their game plan to perfection.
"The thing about United is that they only know one way to play," he added.
“We waited for them to attack and stayed very compact as a team because we knew that if you attack them from the beginning then you run into a knife.
“They love to counter-attack. But, if you stop them doing that, then you know that you will always get chances against them.”
