Curious Adidas video featuring Paul Pogba will worry Manchester United fans
Adidas, the sportswear company represented by chief United target Paul Pogba, have sent out a curious Tweet this morning.
The Paul Pogba transfer saga rumbles on.
With Napoli's reported £75million (€89million) sale of Gonzalo Higuain to Juventus, the path to Manchester seemed to have been paved for the Frenchman.
His mooted €120million world-record switch to Old Trafford would see the Turin giants recoup their expenditure on the Argentinean striker, with a few euros to spare.
Last night, Italian media claimed that the midfield maestro's deal could be confirmed as early as today.

Now, however, Adidas seem to have rebuffed media claims, and thrown a spanner in the works, with this Tweet:
The football-wear giants referenced a recent Tweet from Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola.
With Pogba rumours having gone into overdrive in the last week, his agent decided to inform the footballing world that nothing was decided regarding the Juventus player's future:
There is no deal done regarding Paul Pogba, lots of bla bla bla.— Mino Raiola (@MinoRaiola) July 21, 2016
Adidas have more or less reinforced this notion, something that will doubtless worry United fans who may have thought that the Higuain transfer had more-or-less sealed Pogba's return.
