Liverpool and Republic of Ireland goal scoring great John Aldridge got back to winning ways with his sundayworld.com bet last weekend and he is going in search of more money for his chosen charity.

Aldo's prediction that Manchester City would beat Norwich, Arsenal would secure an away win at Swansea and Spurs would see off Aston Villa earned Dublin's Temple Street Children's hospital another €157.99.

Now he is backing a trio of big hitters to deliver another win, in our weekly punt provided by Paddy Power.

"I fancy Manchester United to grind out a win against West Brom and Manchester City to beat Aston Villa," Aldo tells us.

"I'm not certain on the third part of my accumulator as Crystal Palace gave Liverpool a real beating the last time they played at Anfield a few months back.

"Here's hoping the feel-god factor inspired by Jurgen Klopp will continue as Liverpool can get a big three points as they head into the international break."

This is Aldo's bet for the weekend:

€50 accumulator on Man Utd to beat West Brom, Man City to win at Aston Villa and Liverpool to beat Crystal Palace.
