The Premier League story has been impossible to predict so far this season, with the bookies toasting 2015 as one of their best years yet after a run of surprise results.

With the games throwing up surprises aplenty every week, John Aldridge has struggled to pick the wins he would have wanted for his weekly sundayworld.com bet in association with Paddy Power, with all profits going to Dublin's Temple Street Children's hospital.

"The bookies must be laughing all the way to the bank this season," says Aldo.

"We have had great success with these sundayworld.com bets over the last couple of seasons, but results have been impossible to predict this time.

"However, I had my faith restored in the final game of 2015 as I tipped Liverpool to win 1-0 at Sunderland and Christian Benteke to get the goal. That came off, but sadly it was a midweek game and I didn't have it on here in my Paddy Power bet.

"I'm betting on the Sunday games in the Premier League this week and as results are so hard to call, I'm trying something a little different."

This is Aldo's latest bet:

€50 on both teams to score in the Crystal Palace v Chelsea and Everton v Spurs games (potential returns €150.00)
