Theo Walcott is suffering with a slight toe problem, according to Arsene Wenger.

The Arsenal winger has made a flying start to the season, with eight goals to his name between European and domestic competition.

Walcott was named in the starting XI for the Gunners' draw away to Manchester United on Saturday but only makes the bench for tonight's Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain.

"Walcott had a slight problem at his toe," Wenger informed eir Sport ahead of the top-of-the-table clash at the Emirates.

A win for the north London outfit will see them top Group A and avoid some European heavyweights, though Bayern Munich will almost definitely finish second in Group D after losing to Russian side FC Rostov earlier this evening.
