WEATHER: Cold morning with mist and fog
Today will start off cold with mist, fog and some grass frost in places, but that will give way to a generally dry and bright day with sunny spells developing.
Met Eireann reports that there is a possibility of some light showers along the east coast.
The day will be cool with top temperatures of 12-14 degrees.
Light to moderate southeast breezes, will be fresh at times along some Atlantic coasts.
Tonight will be dry and cold with mist and fog developing and some grass frost in rural areas.
There will be some cloud in places also, especially westerly areas.
Overnight lows of 0-3 degrees are expected with light winds and temperatures of 5-7 degrees in the cloudier parts of the west.
