Traffic woes for commuters as M50 slip road closed due to overturned truck
Emergency services have rushed to the scene after a truck overturned on the M50 motorway.

The incident occurred shortly before 12.30pm on the slip road of the N2 North Road inbound.

As a result of the overturned truck, the slip road leading on to the M50 northbound at Junction 5 Finglas has been closed.
At least one man was taken away from the scene in a stretcher by paramedics.
Traffic is now being diverted via the North Road.
Gardai have advised motorists to exercise caution when travelling close to the scene of the crash.
