Driver caught holding unsecured bed on his roof with a rope in his hand on the M50
Gardai in the capital were left stunned today after pulling over a driver who thought it'd be a swell idea to travel on the country's busiest motorway with an unsecured bed on his roof.
But that wasn't even the the worst part.
DMR South Traffic stopped this car on the M50, load was unsecured, driver holding it with their hands!FCPN to follow pic.twitter.com/wroVm3ofSz— An Garda Síochána (@GardaTraffic) June 30, 2015
When traffic Gardai pulled the vehicle over they found the bed was actually being held in place by the driver.
The rope which was supposed to be secured with cables was being held in one hand by the driver, who was presumably driving with the other...
Gardai said the driver will be hit with an FCPN, a fixed charge penalty notice.
