Swimming togs at the ready as it's going to be 23 degrees today
It’s going to top 23 degrees today and it’s Friday, which means it’s officially time to celebrate.
Met Eireann a reporting temperatures of 23 degrees today and they say the weekend is going to be dry too.
However, before you barnstorm your local beer garden, there is a chance of some isolated heavy showers across the north and east later in the day.
But if you’re not in the north or east you will be free to douse yourself in non stop Vitamin D after work.
It’s set to be a dry night, apart from some light rain scattered across the east. Lowest temperatures will be from 6-10C.
Saturday morning will see a mix of cloudy and sunny spells, clearing to periods of mild sunshine in the midlands, south and west.
Although not as warm as recent days, many areas will enjoy highs of 16-19C during the day, dropping to 2-8C on Saturday night with some patches of mist and fog.
After a cool start on Sunday morning, the pleasant weather will continue.
There’s a chance of isolated showers in the southwest, but people can still squeeze some sunshine in on Sunday afternoon as temperatures rise to 15-19C.
