Gardai and Revenue have seized a large amount of cannabis herb at Dublin Port which had arrived here from the Netherlands.

On Sunday, approximately 19 kilos of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of €380,000 were seized at Dublin Port. 
 
The seizure was part of an intelligence-led, joint operation between officers from Revenue's Customs Service and the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau of An Garda Síochána. 
 
 
The drugs were discovered, with assistance from Revenue’s sniffer dog Meg, in a trailer that had disembarked a ferry from Rotterdam.
 
Investigations are ongoing. No arrests have been made.
