A psychic who luckily survived a car slamming into a restaurant and pinning him to a wall says he did not see the accident coming.

Blair Robertson, from Arizona in the US, was eating at a restaurant in Ontario, Canada with a friend and fellow psychic when a car smashed through a window, hitting their table and sending Robertson flying across the room.

Roberton posted a video of the terrifying incident on his Facebook page.

Speaking to the Arizona Republic, Robertson said:

"I see my table flying up. My friend disappears behind the table. Next thing you know I'm flying in the air and then I land. ... The car grabbed my leg and pull me back down. It pinned my leg under the car in a very weird position.

"My leg was in the shape of an 'L.' My left foot was on its side and I have no idea how it wasn't snapped off."

He also admitted "I didn't foresee it happening."

Robertson is recovering from his injuries while the driver of the car, an 85-year-old woman, will not face any charges as she was found not to be impaired.
