Plane makes emergency landing in Ireland after 'smoke in cockpit'
A plane has been forced to make an emergency landing in Cork after smoke was reported to be detected in the cockpit.
The plane, which was an Aer Lingus flight from Birmingham to Cork, was met with a number of fire brigades from the Cork area after a full emergency was declared.
Thankfully, the plane has now landed safely.

There are no reports as yet as to the exact details of the emergency or the damage, if any, caused to the aircraft.
RTE are reporting that 59 passengers and four crew were on board.
