Pipe bomb thrown at house in North Belfast

A pipe bomb has been thrown at a house in North Belfast.

Nobody was injured in the attack which was reported at around 9.45am today.

 

North Belfast MLA Caral Ni Chuilin: "The device thrown at a house in Sheridan Street in the early hours of the morning left the residents badly shaken. Luckily no one was injured,” she was said.

"I totally condemn those responsible for this incident and call on them to desist from this activity before someone is seriously injured or killed.

“The whole community must reject those involved in these attacks.”
