Two men injured in East Belfast attack

Two men have been injured after being set upon by a gang of youths in East Belfast.

The attack happened at around 11pm last night (Tuesday).

One of the men suffered injuries to the face and the other suffered a cut to his hand.

Both of the victims are from Eastern Europe. 

The gang of youths were seen running off in the direction of the Newtownards Road.

The PSNI have appealed to the public for information on the attack.
