Carjacking in South Belfast

A man and a woman have been victims of carjacking in South Belfast.

The incident happened in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The two victims, in their 20s, were not harmed during the incident in the Orpen Road area.

The attacker was described as being in his 40s, around 5ft 5in tall, and of medium build. He was wearing a red and white checked shirt and blue jeans.

He made off in a blue Citroen C3, which was later found in the Glenwood Green area of Dunmurry,

Police have appealed for anyone with any information to contact them at Musgrave Street police station on their non-emergency number, 101.
