A young woman who was held as part of a terrifying tiger kidnap raid yesterday said her family were “shaken” as they returned to their home for the first time.

The Sunday World can reveal that Gardaí have the prime suspects from Thursday’s horror tiger kidnap raid in Dublin under surveillance.

Gardaí have a number of criminals under physical and electronic surveillance since the raid, which netted the gang €225,000, after they kidnapped the wife and daughter of a GSLS security employee at their home in Artane in north Dublin.

Yesterday, the daughter who was kidnapped along with her mother, said: “We’re just shaken.” She added that the family didn’t want to speak in detail about their ordeal.

The family were found unharmed, but are extremely traumatised.
