She wasn't Whit Leo: Pals say there was no hanky panky between Laura and DiCaprio

No hanky panky went on between Laura Whitmore and Leonardo DiCaprio when the Hollywood A-lister invited her back to his luxury hotel suite after the BAFTA film awards last Sunday.

So say London-based friends of Laura, who stress she was invited back to Leonardo’s room with a group of people and who point out she’s still with English rocker boyfriend Rory Williams.

And even if Leo tried it on with Laura that night, he would have had a struggle on his hands as the Bray beauty’s Twitter account revealed she was wearing two pairs of tights and thermal knickers!

Laura (30), braved the red carpet at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, where she was conducting interviews for British phone company EE mobile.

Because EE were the principle sponsors of the BAFTAs, it gave Laura immediate access to the crème de la crème of Hollywood stars.

Dressed in a stunning blue Tiffany gown, Laura caught the eyes of several leading men, including Leo (41), who famously has a thing for blondes. She later changed into a figure-hugging black outfit.

After the BAFTAs, Laura and a group of pals went to the Rosewood hotel for a party hosted by Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, where she again caught the eye of Leo, who had earlier won the Best Actor gong for The Revenant.

Also vying for Leo’s attention was British model Lily Donaldson (29).

At one stage, the star held Laura’s face in his hand and whispered in her ear. He then he invited both her and Lily and several others back to his suite around 3.30am. Laura left just after 5am.

A spokesperson reiterated that Leo and Laura did not have a romantic tryst: “Laura did not spend the night with Leo. She was with a group of people who were all part of the BAFTA celebrations.”

No doubt he talked about his only known visit to Ireland, for the Irish premiere in Dublin in January 2003 of Gangs of New York, where he hung out afterwards with U2 and Daniel Day Lewis.

Leo hit the bright lights of London on Monday night, where he was seen in the company of yet another blonde, lingerie model Roxy Horner (24).

But Roxy hit back at rumours she may have ended up with Leo by tweeting: “FYI we all went our separate ways home, as friends do. You can’t have a friend in the industry without people assuming it’s more than that… it’s a joke.”

Laura’s next public appearance during the week was at the MTV awards in London’s Brixton Academy, where she was a guest presenter and later she hung out with Kylie Minogue.

The presenter is believed to be spending this weekend with her on-off boyfriend Rory Williams, who is the frontman for British indie band Sunset Sons.

The couple have been dating for several months, but confirmed their romance when they were snapped walking hand in hand in Ibiza in July.

Rory is the latest rocker boyfriend for the TV presenter. She was snapped kissing her ex Danny O’Reilly in a north London park in May.

They called it quits in 2012, but have been seen together on a number of occasions since. He is now dating model Holly Carpenter.

Leo is now back in L.A. where he is rumoured to have hooked up with secret ‘flame’ Rihanna (27), having spent a weekend with her in Paris last month.

At the age of 41, Leo has become Hollywood’s number one lothario.

He has dated swimwear model Kelly Rohrbach, supermodels Gisele Bundchen and Bar Refaeli, actress Blake Lively and assorted Victoria’s Secret models
