Police hunting Belfast bicycle bomber

The police have appealed for information in their hunt for a person who launched a petrol bomb attack from a bicycle on a home on Fortuna Street in south Belfast at around 12.30am this morning.

No one was injured in the attack.

The police have said that the assailant may have fled the scene on a bicycle.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson said: "Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Detectives at Musgrave Police Station on the non emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."
