Part of the north part of Dublin’s inner city has been reopened after a bomb scare this morning.

The Army Bomb Disposal Team was alerted after the suspect device was discovered in the Summerhill Road area.

AA Roadwatch is now advising motorists that Summerhill Road has now reopened in both directions between Rutland Street and Gardiner Street.
