Manchester United's Old Trafford ground evacuated minutes before game with Bournemouth

Manchester United's Old Trafford ground has been evacuated - just minutes before today's game with Bournemouth.

Some fans remain in the ground but the north west part of the stadium is empty.

Kick-off is expected to be delayed by 45 minutes - just days after a similar late start for United at West Ham.

Sky Sports report referee Jon Moss was told by a United official of an incident inside Old Trafford that the authorities were dealing with.

And it's led to the players being taken off the pitch while undergoing their pre-match warm-ups.

United are locked in a battle with rivals Manchester City for fourth place.

City are at Swansea and both games were due to kick-off at 3pm.

Manuel Pellegrini's team will still start at the scheduled time, but United will get underway later.
