Man rushed to hospital after shooting in Dublin

A man has been rushed to hospital after a shooting in Crumlin in Dublin 12 early this morning.

The victim was shot multiple times in the incident at a house on Stannaway Road.

The man, who is in his early 30s, was brought to St James Hospital where he is in a serious condition.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and an investigation has been launched into the shooting.
