Ed brings out the love as Kodaline bassist proposes
It seems that everywhere Ed Sheeran goes he brings out the love.
As well as lapping up the adulation of over 160,000 fans at Dublin’s Croke Park over the last two nights, the diminutive singer has been helping various couples to get engaged.
After helping Jake Roche propose to little Mix's Jesy Nelson at Manchester Arena, he stepped in once again to facilitate Kodaline's bassist Jason Boland’s proposal to his girlfriend Etaoin Corr last night.
The Dublin rockers had been invited back to join Ed for his second show alongside Frames frontman Glen Hansard.
The trio performed In Dublin's Fair City and The Auld Triangle together when Jason got down on one knee.
Friday night's Croke Park crowd included at least one other proposal with Belfast's Cathal Shortt proposing to girlfriend Leanne Peoples.
“Thank you to Kodaline and Glen Hansard for joining me on stage today to sing some tunes. And congratulations to Jay, what a way to propose!” Ed tweeted last night.
He had teased fans with a cryptic tweet earlier in the day stating he had "something planned for tonight you won't expect".
