The gun-toting neighbour who shot innocent grandmother Mary Dargan to death was carrying enough ammunition to wipe out her entire family, her daughter Karina Dargan has revealed.

Karina, who survived being shot in the head after delusional gunman John Redmond stormed the family’s home, believes he would have wiped out all eight members of her family who were there that day, had he not been overpowered by her hero brother Gary.

On Thursday, Redmond (60), was found not guilty by reason of insanity of Mary’s murder and of the attempted murder of Karina.

Redmond’s trial heard how the 60-year-old had been suffering from depression and delusions that his neighbour was chanting that he was a paedophile and laughing about him.
